Book 7 is the final installment in the incredibly famous and successful Harry Potter book series. Facts :

1. There will be a new defense against dark arts teacher.
2. The last word of the book is no longer 'scar'.
3. J.K. Rowling will tell us exactly why she killed off Sirius
4. Harry will turn 17.
5. We will find out something "incredibly important" about Lily Potter.
6. We will find out who R.A.B. is
7. We will discover where Snape's loyalties lie.
8. There will be no Quidditch matches
9. Viktor Krum will return (World Book Day, 2004 interview)
10. Something will be revealed about Petunia Dursley, although it will not be that she is a Squib
11. We will see a reappearance of Dolores Umbridge - "It's too much fun to torture her not to have another little bit more before I finish."
12. JKR has said, "There is a character who does manage, in desperate circumstances, to do magic quite late in life, but that is very rare..."
13. We will find out what Dudley saw in Order of the Phoenix when he was attacked by the dementor.
14. We will see Rita Skeeter again - "I actually quite like Rita. She is loathsome - morally, she's horrible - but I can't help admiring her toughness. She is very determined to do the job and there is something quite engaging about that. There is more to come on Rita"

1. We will see the use of two-way mirror.
2. Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour plan on getting married in August.
3. We will learn what James and Lily did after they passed out from Hogwarts.

9. Harry's eye color (or something about his eyes resembling his mother's) is very important to this book.

11. The gleam of triumph seen in Dumbledore's eyes at the end of book four is still enormously important.
